In dynamic industrial environments, system parameters such as flow rate, water level, pressure, and flow resistance frequently fluctuate. To meet these evolving demands, the  padalinto korpuso siurblys must be adjusted accordingly.  Regulation ensures that the pump operates reliably and efficiently under changing conditions. This process can be manual or automated and should also aim to minimize energy consumption.

Dvigubo siurbimo siurblio su padalintu korpusu privalumai ir trūkumai

The following methods are commonly used to regulate padalintas korpusas siurbliai:

1. Throttle Valve Regulation

By adjusting the valve on the discharge line, the system curve is modified, allowing the flow rate to be tailored to specific process requirements. While simple, this method may increase energy consumption due to added resistance in the system.

2. Greičio reguliavimas

Speed control is often combined with other techniques to reduce the inefficiencies of throttle regulation. By reducing pump speed, energy consumption can be significantly decreased while maintaining desired flow rates and head.

3. Bypass Regulation

To avoid operating the pump at low load, a portion of the discharge flow is rerouted back to the suction line through a bypass. This method helps stabilize operation and prevent damage from low-flow conditions.

4. Impeller Blade Adjustment

For mixed-flow or axial-flow split casing pumps with a specific speed greater than 150, blade angle adjustment allows for wide-range efficiency optimization. This method offers effective regulation while maintaining high performance.

5. Pre-Swirl Adjustment

Based on Euler’s equation, adjusting the swirl of water entering the impeller changes the pump head. Pre-swirl can reduce head, while reverse pre-swirl increases it. This technique allows fine-tuning of performance without changing pump speed or impeller size.

6. Guide Vane Adjustment

Split casing pumps with medium to low specific speed can benefit from adjustable guide vanes. By changing the vane angle, the pump’s best efficiency point can be shifted across a broader operational range.

Išvada

Effective regulation of a split casing pump is essential for adapting to fluctuating operating conditions while maintaining system efficiency and reliability. Whether through throttle valves, speed control, bypass routing, or vane adjustments, each method offers unique advantages. To achieve optimal results, regulation strategies should be selected based on system characteristics, pump type, and energy efficiency goals. Always follow manufacturer guidelines and consult experienced professionals for complex adjustments.
